I hold a postdoctoral position at the University of Montreal, in the lab RALI. I'm working on machine translation with Philippe Langlais on the project TransSearch that relates to the enhancement of a bilingual concordancer with word alignment.
Previously, I obtained my PhD from the University Pierre et Marie Curie, at the AI Lab of the Computer Science department (LIP6).
I was working inside the Cognitive Agents and Automated Symbolic Learning team (ACASA) leaded by my advisor Jean-Gabriel Ganascia.
My PhD thesis is related to Natural Language Processing, Stringology, and Textual Genetic Criticism. I worked on the comparison of writers' drafts working in collaboration with linguists of the École Normale Supérieure (ENS).
I developped an algorithm for monolingual alignement implemented in the application named MEDITE. It permits to search moves insides large texts such as books.
I also worked in the MULCE project (MUltimodal contextualized Learner Corpus Exchange) granted by the National Research Agency.
