Lazhar Khelifi Short Biography


Lazhar Khelifi joined the University of Montreal in September 2013. He is currently a PhD student in computer science at the University of Montreal under the supervision of Pr. Max Mignotte. He is a member of the image processing laboratory , in the Department of Computer Science and Operational Research (DIRO). He received his Master Degree Diploma (MSc.) from Faculty of Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences(FST), University of Tunis El Manar, Tunisia, and his bachelor degree (BSc.) in computer science from the faculty of sciences (FSGF), University of Gafsa, Tunisia, respectively in 2012, and 2010. His research interests include image segmentation, fusion, optimization and the artificial intelligence techniques.
